RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  If something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid for 12 months) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Alternatively, if you live on or around the Surf Coast, you are welcome to drop it in to our Spa and retail store in Torquay.
